Ryan joined Rose Alchin & Associates at the start of 2024. He is currently in his fourth year at the University of Waikato, studying a conjoint degree in Law and Business with a major in Finance. Ryan provides valuable support to Jem and Rose, assisting the team with case research and other legal duties.

Ryan’s dual studies in finance and law equip him with strong analytical skills that bring a practical approach to his work, allowing him to better understand the commercial elements within many employment matters.
